Easy check in process, staff very friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and comfortable. Location is perfect for visiting the Trebadour Wembley Park Theatre which is why we stayed.

The people at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful.
Areas for improvement:
The room wasn’t what I expected and it wasn’t really clean. The second lady that cleaned the bathroom didn’t do a good job at all and the towel had bugs on it.
